ZJ70DB Electric Drilling Rig

is designed and manufactured in accordance with China National Standard and International Standards. All main components are in compliance with API Specifications.

It is suitable for exploration and development of oil and nature gas in depth rating of 7000 meters with Dia. 114mm (4-1/2) drill pipe.

The features are as follows:

- Fully meet 7000 meter drilling process requirements;
- Adopting diesel engine to drive AC generator through VFD for rectification, Drawworks, rotary table and mud pump to be driven by AC motor, i.e. AC- VFD -AC with perfect performance.
- This drilling rig mainly consists of crown block, traveling block, hook, swivel, rotary table, Drawworks, mud pump, mast and substructure that all are in compliance with API specification.
- Single drums Drawworks with grooving, circulating water-cooling. Closed Drawworks gear drive with oil lubrication, bearing with grease lubrication. To be provided  energy-comsumption brake (function performed by reversing AC motors).
- Independent rotary table driven by one suitable AC motor  with speed reducer gearbox.(two ratio)
- Full view mast made up of rolled H beam has the features of better rigidity, wide field of vision and easy for transportation.
- Integrated raising substructure.  All equipment((besides toolkit house)on the drill floor is installed at lower position. Utilize power of Drawworks to raise both mast and substructure to the right  position.
